I was tasked with organically revitalizing Rae’s struggling social media presence and reengaging their now unengaged audience. Accomplishing this involved the implementation of a fresh community-centric content strategy, a comprehensive plan, and a systematic calendar. I also crafted new social brand guidelines, designed innovative templates, and breathed new life into outdated photography while providing photo art direction for newer images.
Using the following content pillars below I curated and created content to achieve the above goals.
Tells product stories to help educate viewers on Rae’s supplement universe. These lived on both TikTok and Instagram. I came up with the concept, designs, scripts and execution for all of the following pieces.
Routine, ingredient, and brand storytelling content performed the best, increasing engagement by over 45% in just 2 weeks and over 52% in 30 days. It is always important to remind your community who you are and your ethos as well as give them inspiration.

Rae’s wellness blog for inspiration and conversation to help you take care of you. The blog features content created both in-house and outsourced from experts, artists, and Rae community members.
Bringing the articles to life in video format with tips, recipes, and more on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
All content isn’t right for video, so some lived as Instagram stories as well as static informational carousels to tell quick tips, show empowering or useful quotes from articles, and share Rae’s Spotify playlists. Playlists were made in-house and from DJs.
I worked with a variety of expert partners to get content for Rae socials. From Shine Culture articles to video content. Maintaining and building those relationships was essential.
